Feeling so lost

Hi,

I am nearly 48 years old and am pretty sure I'm autistic.  I am waiting my formal diagnosis but looking back over my life I think I've been masking for so many years and my word its taken a toll on my mental health.  I just feel like I don't fit into this world and I find so many things, that other people seem to find easy, so very difficult.
