New Adult Autism Diagnosis

Hi,

I’ve just been diagnosed with Autism today, it’s not a massive surprise, as I’ve screened positive for a while.

I feel a bit overwhelmed and not sure really where to start in terms of looking up support, information etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
