i wasnt sure thats possible.... no matter who you are you can apply for the council housing list and anyone can get on that. your son is eligible to be on the local councils housing list. im not sure if he can get any other help than that though if you meant some other help.
it has to be the local council he lives in though because other councils apparently dont want to deal with people from different council regions.
