I’m 38, Female and enjoy crafting. Not sure what else to put really
Hello!
Welcome to your autistic community! A lot of us are AuDHD (not me, I am just plain autistic!)
What do you like crafting?
Also below I have posted a link to an autistic consultant who specialises in supporting neurodivergent people through burnout:
Viv Dawes
https://www.autisticadvocate.co.uk/I hope this helps!
Hi thank you for replying. I will check out the website, although I’m not in a financial posture to fund anything at the moment. DWP have reduced benefits and now have very little to live on!
Anyway, I like to crochet and knit and also sewing. ️

That must be really difficult for you!
You are very welcome for my reply and what do you like to crochet?

Cool! What animals are you currently making?
If you are usually interested in neurodivergence, Aucademy is a great autistic led education platform to learn about your autistic/ADHD experience:

I hope your mental health improves soon so you can return to your interest in neurodivergence!

Thank you. ️
Ah, I’m slowly learning about my autism and blamed a lot on the ADHD, but actually starting to learn where the line is and figuring out who I am and stuff.
When I’m in a better mental state than I am at the moment, I too focus on neurodivergence.

I love everything about our autistic community and experiences, it is my dedicated interest!
