I've finally been diagnosed with autism after a lot of keeping on and reluctancy by the professionals. I persisted and now I have the answers. I have found it reassuring and a tremendous comfort that I can't really explain. I'm glad I persisted with this, it was worth the wait.

    I'm sorry you've had to fight for this, but so pleased you have your truth now.  

    The professionals should be aware of just how "persistent" the autistic mind truly is, lol.

    Thank you.

    It took some doing and there were times, darker days when I thought of giving up but I persisted and now am so pleased I did. My country is so stone age with autism and more focused on treating it but that should change as more knowledge of is gained.
