Hello, I'm newly diagnosed as autistic though I did suspect that I was different all my life, mind you being autistic did come as a shock but has answered so many questions for me! I chose my name here as it's my favourite song by The Everly Brothers and the first ever single record I bought. Doctor Who is my obsession and passion I've been watching it since it first aired and I won't stop until my dying day. I've worked many jobs in my lifetime but settled on horology in the late 60s as I found I had a fine interest in clocks and watches and loved to study and repair them, as well as collect my own along the way. I've been doing this since then though I am more less retired now I still tinker with them. Good to know you.
Hi Cathy's Clown welcome to the forum! I'm afraid I don't know anything about Dr Who or clocks but I love that you're so passionate about them :) I am also newly diagnosed and I have found it to be a bit of a ride emotionally. Like you I was so thrilled to start with but for a few days I felt pretty blue. I'm back to feeling okay now which is good.
