Hi 

Tired always tired or more like fatigue......do we all struggle with this? Im 59 but feel so young at heart but so tired.  

Im pleased if i just achieve 1 thing these days.

I'm a lot younger but fully understand and relate. The fatigue is unbearable at times. I went out today just for a short walk and I had to rest for the whole afternoon just because I walked for about ten minutes. So tired all the time.

Remember to enjoy your achievements and be proud that you did them, no matter how small.

One of my nurses suggested I do that and it helps.

I'm ok thanks for asking. Life is ok, ticking along steadily.
