Hello everyone, I’m 20 years living in the U.K. diagnosed online in 2021 age 52, but as long as I’ve lived in the U.K., my home County in the Republic of Ireland will always be my true home as an Irish patriot, as we Irish abroad have a deep and abiding love for our homeland - what helps me most with my autism is my Catholic faith, to which I returned 15 years ago after cutting all ties with the LGBT community - I pray the Rosary in Latin daily, as I also attend the Traditional Latin Mass in my local area despite being born and raised in Vatican II, in addition to maintaining friendly relations with my Christian friends, including my local C of E vicar and his congregation here, occasionally attending Protestant services
I say this without any irony. What a touching show of ecumenicalism. Isn’t it nice when we, in-spite of our disagreements, can get along.
