Is it hey, hi or hello?

My first post, obviously if it's an introduction, anyway, my name's Stevie and just wanted to reach out and make connections.

I self diagnosed as autistic back in 2007 and got a private medical diagnosis in 2020. I lost my partner 5 years ago and became a virtual recluse since then, just me and my (very possibly autistic) son since then. It was weird how friends disappeared after the bereavement, or it may have been me closing down.

Had to stop work over a year ago due to various reasons, a lack of understanding of meltdowns by my employer and my inability to describe what I needed pretty much ended that job. I suspect that if anyone's going to understand this it would be the autistic community. I used to work in a library but it became more of a call centre, and telephones and chat systems are not for me.

Anyway, before I infodump all over this post, just saying hi (or hey, or hello).
