Hi to all
I have ASD and find it hard to reach out. I don’t know anyone who has it so feel quite alone.
It’s so hard for me to explain to people how I feel. I don’t know if I’m saying the right thing or not on here
As it’s my very first time doing something like this. Just looking to connect with people that understand

i also feel very alone most of the time and find it very hard to reach out to people, so i think i may understand at least a little how you feel.
