Looking for a therapist to discuss autism diagnosis with in East London/North London

Hello everyone, 

I received an autism diagnosis in late December at the age of 53. It has been a relief. I have had a lot of issues getting reasonable adjustments for my  job. Am looking for a therapist that I could have weekly counselling with - someone with an expertise, understanding or empathy regarding autism.
