Being "broken" sucks.  Getting yourself "unbroken" takes time and requires you to be around good and supportive energies and advice (some of the time.)  Accordingly, I do hope you will stick around on these pages and contribute to the general hubbub  - little gems of wisdom and help will start sparking out at you I suspect.

I’ve just been existing really. I came out of a relationship and it left me very broken, I didn’t know about the website until I saw Chris Packham’s documentary and then found the website.
