Hello everyone!
I have Aspergers and was diagnosed as an adult about 10 years ago. I was learning about Aspergers and Autism on a university course and thought, hey this all seems normal to me!
I feel like I’ve been a lot happier with life since I got diagnosed, as I felt like I could be myself and stop trying to be normal and hating it.
I still struggle with anxiety and understanding how the world works, but I’m getting there I think. The worst thing is probably not being able to make friends easily.
I live with my partner and our young baby. I love animals. I like going out walking and exploring, reading and playing on the computer.
Hi Vicky, welcome! I love animals and reading too And yeah I agree the worst thing is the struggle to make friends
