I'm 16 I've been recently diagnosed and I want to know more about it and how it will affect me and the problems I will face
I want to know more and what I can do to cope
Everyone is different. Some people have little issue, while others have many. For most I would assume that knowing your limits is important, so you don’t overdo things and have a meltdown or shutdown etc which can be very debilitating. Learn what your triggers are.
