...after 4 year absence.
Glad to be back. I've moved from Reigate (Surrey) to Wells (Somerset), retired and started my new life in the South West since I was last on this forum...
Still attending a local autism social & games group, inclusive disco, swimming, kayaking, singing, drawing, painting... just in a different location.
I hope everyone else here survived lockdown and has been keeping busy with interesting projects...
What have I missed?
Hi there, it is nice to meet you.
I am new here.
I love Wells - lucky you! Is it a good place to live? We’ve considered moving to that area too - we like Glastonbury too. Wells Cathedral has such a wonderful, peaceful vibe - I love visiting the cathedral when I’m in Somerset. Are there social groups for autistic people in Wells?
County where I was born. Wells is a lovely place. Would love to be back in the South West where my roots are. Much quieter pace of life. Glad you are enjoying it.
Hi and welcome back, love Wells, we stay at park near The. Wookey Hole, my favourite film was all filmed in Wells, Hot Fuzz. Cheddar is really nice as well. Selling up at the moment in Buckinghamshire and moving to Cornwall.
Welcome back
Hello there,
As I've only been here for 8 or 9 months, it will be interesting to discover if there are any active members here that you remember, and how much this community has changed during your absence. I'm sure it probably looks completely different now compared to how it was before you left.
Lovely that you have returned to this community.
Welcome home. I’m also newish- about a year. Great community here. Lovely to see a return from someone who. Clearly retained a fondness for the place
Hi, you missed many interesting people come and go, they're missed, some really unique, like Aidie or Tassimo. I am fairy new here, 2 years and a week, I'm glad I joined, I found website accidently, it gave me chance to meet them, and others like me.
Wha hey! I like Surrey but I do love old Zummerzet! It's lovely country, hope you'll be enjoying the sun and cider. ;)Also Hi, I'm new-ish, joined a few months ago.
There was some speculation on here recently about the reasons why people stop posting. It's great to hear that you've been enjoying life and keeping busy during your absence.
