I have manic episodes sometimes and I feel like I can’t control it sometimes. I feel horrible just f—ing horrible right now.(I think I have pda)

I’m afraid I’m going to kill somebody one day.

But my life overall doesn’t suck 

just pair being a teenager with being on the spectrum and this is what freakin happens
