Hi everyone

Hi, this is my first post and not sure what to say.

I was diagnosed with asd this time last year at 30 years old. My life finally makes so much sense! It was such a relief for me because I have always been so hard on myself for not fitting in with the norm.

I'm 31 now, never worked or had a relationship and feel terrible for it! Like I said I'm so hard on myself.

I'm waiting for psychological input hopefully in the near future so I can finally start living!

It will be good to chat with like minded people and hopefully feel less alone.

  • It’s really good you’ve got a diagnosis. It’s never too late to gain a greater understanding of yourself and your life - and to start living in a way that helps you to enjoy life more and find happiness and fulfilment. We are all a work in progress :)
