Hi I'm Matthew 39 years old from South Wales 

Awaiting my assessment next month for diagnosis. It's been a long wait and journey. 

I have read a few books and done online tests which score st the higher end of the spectrum 

I'm really struggling right now with my mental health. My anxiety is really bad
