Recent ASD diagnosis

Hello,

I was recently diagnosed with ASD as a young adult after multiple people and friends throughout my life mentioned it.

I'm a high functioning autistic, things now make sense after the diagnosis, which is a bit of a relief. I'm not sure how I feel about it though, mixed emotions. I need time to digest and understand more about it.

It would be good to hear other people's journey when they first got diagnosed, like what helped and create a support network etc.

In some sense, I feel very alone now I got an official diagnosis and label...
