Hi all, really new to this and feeling very overwhelmed and lonely, my 9 year old son has just been diagnosed with autism and referred for an ADHD diagnosis... I'm going through a separation from his dad and I have my own mental health issues.
Not sure where to start with getting him/us the help we need, what we need or anything at all, can anyone point me in the right direction at all?

where to start?
first from taking care of yourself, so you could help your kid
than learning basics, and looking for similarities, after all autistic are different from each other, though there are some things that some have in common
