Just wanted to say hello, very new to this. Mum to two boys and girl, my girl is grown up and left home so it’s just me and my two boys, there 9 and 7. My 9 year old is diagnosed with autism and possible adhd, every day is a challenge, I feel exhausted, he’s got sensory problems, sensitive to the sun which makes life harder for me and his younger brother because we’re normally stuck inside because of it. Just don’t know what to do anymore. No family or friends to help either.
