ello, im 38 and in referral stage for the asd services, so am not formally diagnosed, but, a lot of things just make sense when i see autism as the culprit in my life

well along with mental health and learning difficulty problems, 

erm, no idea what else to write, utter crap at introductions lol

    to be honest, right now, my free time feels more like survival lol

    in quite a crap situation but wont go into the whole story.

    ive found, that, i just like to go to nice peaceful places, forests etc

    that are even slightly out the way of "humanity", and i just feel at peace while im there

    listening to music helps me a lot, can also hinder too, but depends on lyrical content and frame of mind

    so i suppose, thats something i like to do? always had trouble identifying things like that lol
