How do I change my profile name?

Hello. 
im quite new here and not sure how I’ve got lumbered with this profile name? Can one change it somewhere?

I’m awaiting a diagnosis but as an older adult wonder if it’s pointless?

    I must admit I do sometimes see a default designation and think (sarcastically) ‘oh what a pretty name’ but understand  why it works that way and maybe even feels more comfortably (additionally) anonymous for quite a few.
