Hey guys how are you doing? I was diagnosed with autism in my early teens and as I have got older I have ignored it. Not sure what to say really could use some basic advice I guess as I have a disabled wife whom I'm a carer for and I have two young children.

    Hello, welcome. Great job on looking after your wife and children, that must be exhausting for you! Make sure you take time out to chill out and care for yourself. I'm good thank you, just woke up, breakfast soon and then I'll probably listen to some gentle music :)
