Not sure where to look

Hi I’ve just been diagnosed as having autism and I’m not sure where to look to get advice and help or what type of help I can get? I also need to talk to my family members about having autism and I know a few of them are unclear to what it is (I’m still a little unsure) and I wondered if anyone knew where to get the information I need?

Sorry for all the questions I just don’t know where best to look.
