Hi my son was recently diagnosed with aspergers. Also had medical needs, in SEN aged 13. Suspected for a while, learning fast trying to help him. I'm a therapist for what it's worth and work with him quite a bit on his concerns and anxieties, trying to assist him to learn tools for coping.
