I have a beautiful daughter recently diagnosed with autism and I'm looking for help as we continue our journey with her
Routine is key, and freedom of choice. So it's your routine, but she chooses her bedtime book, her pyjamas, etc. Warm milky drink too.

Hello there hello there! Do you have any wise words concerning sleep? Our daughter stims through the night, usually around 1 am, and can last for hours. If left alone, she gets louder and louder.
