Alright, my names Scott I’m from Wolverhampton originally from east Birmingham, I was diagnosed with slight Aspergers and marked communication difficulties I’m a quiet person and I rarely socialise with other people, I have a girlfriend who I’ve been with for 4 years with live together with a cat and rabbit.
so at school I was very quiet I rarely spoke more than 5 words until I was out with my friends where I lived in kitts green I remember being very tired anxious and nervous, my expressions rarely change I do eye gaze I’ve been told, I lose focus and have trouble listening and taking in instructions and it stayed like that all through school and college, I struggled a lot at school I couldn’t concentrate, I had no support at until I started having panic attacks and my anxiety was uncontrollable.
I was put on anti depressants (venlafaxine) and then the ball started rolling (if you know what I mean) I’m currently working for a battery company at JLR Solihull which I’m doing okay there
I am currently going through CBT and it’s been struggling at times trying to explain how I’m feeling and my emotions but there we go I can’t think of anything more to add so if someone asks a question I’ll answer.
