Finding work with autism

Do you know if there is any help. My son has been diagnosed with Autism and also suffers with anxiety issues. He is very bright but struggles with places where there may be a lot of people. He would definitely need help into full time work. I'm not sure who to contact about this. He is now 23 years old and works part time at a local bakery making the bread and sandwiches, he would like to get into working in admin or something of that nature. Any thoughts
