Hi, I’m new to this page. 
My name is Abbi and I am 29 years old, I was diagnosed with autism in 2003. I’ve really struggled to grow up and think like an adult. I’ve been diagnosed with low mood and anxiety. 
My doctor recommended me this website to talk to people and find ways of support etc.

    What's the rush... adulthood seems overrated to me! (assuming you can manage lifes basics).

    Low mood & anxiety do suck though. There are many & varied people on this board, so say what troubles you and someone may be able to relate/comment/suggest.
