Good day all,
I would like to start with a huge thank you in advance as after reading some of this forum’s conversations, I feel I will benefit from all the advice and points of view all who are much more experienced as I.
My wife and I have two children, a younger son (2) and his older sister (4), our fears and suspicions have recently been diagnosed and confirmed that our daughter is at the high functioning end of the autism spectrum.
My wife works with many children as a Primary School Teacher and many of them are living with all types of Autism.
My coping strategies are often crushed by my own stresses of running a new business, trying to understand the day to day changes of our daughter’s episodes and inability to get up in a morning to get into school.
As this is my job each morning, I would like some tried and tested methods you all find useful when strategising your morning routine.
Also read my recent addition in the Parents and Carers section of the forum.
Kind regards,
Papa
