light and sound sensitivity

Hello there my name is Howard, I am a very kind and gentle 63 year year old man.

5 years ago my uncle said that he thought my father was autistic with a very narrow band of specialist interests !.

I have just realised i am the same !

I was poisoned with lead mercury and cadmium as a child and have the symptoms of inatentive Atention deficit disorder.

at age 24 in october  1981 i was being hastled by my boss (stress) when i slowed down. I resigned ! 

In another job in october i sat at my desk paralysed and unable to concentrate.

i was oppositional and i was sacked

I realised somtime after that it was a lack of light and i thought i had seasonal affective disorder !.

No more stress untill 1990 when again in october i become irritable and my boos bullies me and i have a breakdown.

i had dissacosiated from  childhood trauams and was a HSP.

I would have 3 more traumas in adulthood.

At age 63 I finally work out i am a high functioning Autistic.

I can remeber car registrations and telephone numbers from childhood onwards as well as conversations and other things.

I have just become aware of my seven traumas and have the symptoms of PTSD TRAUMA.

With light and sound sensitivity.

So my question is ?

Is it SAD with ADD or Autism or trauma which all have light sensitivity ? or all three ????????
