Hello all,
Just diagnosed and struggling to wrap my head around it. I also have pronounced ADD and dyslexia. I'm a student in H.E. who has been having massive difficulties with planning and prioritising -and hence finishing- lengthy written assignments. If anyone has any tips or can point me in the right direction it would be very helpful!
