My mum is having a horrible time with the school my little brother. I was wondering if anyone has any advice?

I won't say too much here, but they've breached safeguarding badly. And he just can't go because he's traumatised. My mum is doing an amazing job of homeschooling but they're threatening court and not allowing him to attend another school.
