I have aspergers syndrome i just turned 28 finding different sounds all at once extremely overwhelming there can b the telly on someone playing video on tablet then another on phone just gives me headaches and meltdowns I want to try some wireless headphones what are lightweight ones do anyone have any ideas?
I guess I'm more lucky, when there is to many sources of sound it all blends into some sort of hum as if I was inside a beehive, making communication very difficult, even if someone is standing in front of me I have to ask few times to repeat, But at home I enjoy total silence, except when I'm cooking, then I play not very loud clasical, Handel or Vivaldi
