The last couple of time I have participated on the community forum there has been no option to reply to comments or a way to edit my input. 

After a while of refreshing sometimes the box pops up and I can join the conversation, I find the hassle of this out ways my desire to participate. 

Has anyone else had this experience.

    I've had this problem but it seems to have improved from last month. With my tablet if i switch from horizontal to vertival and i wait a second then they pop up. Also if i wait on a page for 10+ seconds it can pop up. I'm tempted to say scrolling helps, but that might just be a time thing.
