ASD in post-16 education

Hi! Sorry about the uninspiring title!

My main role in a large comprehensive school is to support post-16 students with an ASD.

I'm an experienced teacher, but new to this role.

Does anyone have any advice or pointers?

Are there any blogs, groups, sites, publications or tweeters you would particularly recommend?
