We just joined the forum and are keen to be more active here!
We are a group of educators working with an autistic kid age 11. His name is Orlando Augusta and has to be "unschooled" due to the way he learns. Orlando is a filmmaker/vlogger and has the rare PDA subtype of autism. He struggles with OCD and has become a complete recluse since the Covid outbreak, unable to leave his bedroom. But Orlando is passionate about making videos and runs a Youtube channel where he'd post videos sometimes weekly. The last video he made was about the Coronavirus, in March and he hasn't made one since.Orlando has no self-esteem currently and has said that once he reaches 1,000 subscribers to his Youtube channel, it might motivate him to go out and make more videos.
