Hi so my son has just turned 9 last week and diagnosed with Autism in January this year after 2 years the school made the referral.
my question is how can I socialise my son outside of school hours? He goes to rugby one day a week but I feel as though he is unable to play outside on his own due to his lack of danger awareness, social skills and a target to bullying.
I can see how him not been able to roam free like other children his age is effecting him and I was looking for ideas on what other parents have done to help the after school socialising?
i don’t know anyone else who’s child has autism so any advice would be amazing! X
