Hi everyone im Claire mum to Korey whos 6 and has scoliosis and as of today has Autism, i also have Skye whos almost 5,Archie whos 7 months, i work part-time in a care home and im a very crafty mummy.

So like i say my 6 year old was diagnosed with Autism today we have known for a while that there was something but werent sure what til today, so im new to this and still finding out more x

  • I say that about all my boys, no matter what issues they have I wouldnt change a thing about them. :) Love them all to bits even though they often dont recognise it.

    Def takes alot of patience and understanding to get by everyday and there is a lot of battles to be done but they are worth it all. Never know how much sleep I be getting day by day and lucky for 5 minutes ME TIME cause there is always someone up to mischief (Bounce!!!!) or arguing with a sibling/fighting or in demand of some help. Think thats what you get with 7 boys hey!!!! lol :)

  • hello and welcome , I am single mum to 7 boys Bounce whos 5 was dx i June 2012 with ASD and with autistic regression (has been regressing for just over 3 years now). Bumblebee is 7 and we are not sure of his dx, some say its Global Cognitive Development Delay with possible Autistic traits (awaiting confirmation!) others are not sure. I also have 3 with s/n and 2 with NT. So all in all a hectic mad life!!
