Hi every one.

We just come to know that our 3 years old son have Autsim.

Want to be his support but how I don't know.

Can anyone help plz...what should I do for him which makes him Better..

    hi - welcome.  There's loads of info to help you on this site so please have a good look around.  Remember that your child is an individual 1st + foremost, who also has autism to some degree.  His diagnosis should point the way to understanding how his autism affects him.  Also have a look at the posts as they are helpful in building up your understanding of the condition.  Remember that the condition is a spectrum so some individuals are affected more than others and/or in different ways.  It takes time to adjust to the diagnosis, so give yourselves time to do that.  You can't do everything at once or know everything at once.  There's always lots of support on this site from people who understand, so check out the nas site + learn bit by bit.  bw
