Has anyone used the Phonak Roger Focus in the classroom?

I'm the mother of a 14-year old autistic boy who struggles with background noise in the classroom. He enjoys learning but is often anxious about noise levels preventing him from concentrating. We've tried various headphones including the expensive Bose ones which unfortunately didn't work. His audiologist recommended the Phonak Roger Focus. It looks great online but is VERY expensive. Has anyone tried it?
