hi im new to all this so please bear with me

hi there everyone hope all is well?  My son recently got diagnosed with autism (as recent as friday just gone).  Ive always known he was my special little fella hes the light of my day hes beeming smiles and love.  I just didnt know where or what to do next we just got a call saying the panel have had there descussion about him and reached a decision nothing muh else was said.  I didnt know if i was expecting letters throught the door or had to arrange anything with his school.  This is all new to me any help is greatly appreciated

    i have spoken to the school and there aware of the result and are now awaiting paperwork to continue with his statement to get him aid in school.. Its only been a week i havent recieved any paperwork and i did call the other day to talk to someone but they were busy and promised to ccall me back which they didnt.  I will be trying again during half term to see if someone is willing to help me. 

    Ive been learning new things all week and even though we have been guided through all this for a few years it still feels very new (hope u get what i mean)

    but thank u for ur advice and i will be pushing thought getting him as much aid as i can get i think waiting for the assesment outcome too long enough just hope the next step wont take long for him
