Mum to 15 year old boy with Aspergers, from Luton

Hi, I am Mum to a 15 year old boy who was diagnosed with high-level Aspergers in January this year.  I wondered if there are any parents with teengers with AS or with a child who was diagnosed very late on. The support groups I have attended seem to deal with younger children and, not to be too blunt, I need some support!!

    My Daughter 14yrs has an appointment for assesment. I have 2 other children Dignosed ASC quite early on and a third younger child also under assesment. Others in my family are also diagnosed ASC.

    My daughter isnt too happy about going to the appointments, did your son want to go to them? From what i can understand of it all the assesment is different when they are older, can you enlighten me about the whole process a bit more, how did it go for you guys?
