I have recently been given a ASD diagnosis. feeling relived but worried about what to do next.

    Congratulations on joining the rest of us. What you do next depends on how your autism is affecting your daily life (if at all). There may be help or counselling available if you feel you need it. A good place to start might be to seek out books which you could find informative. Gillan (not 'Gillian') Drew's book 'An Adult with an Autism Diagnosis: A Guide for the Newly Diagnosed' is a nice starting point. It's worth checking out your local library, too.
