New Diagnosed with Autism

My name is Wendy.  I am in my sixties and was diagnosed with autism last August.  I have struggled all my life with depression, anxiety and lack of confidence.  I live alone and my hobbies are gardening, DIY and watching TV.  I would love to hear from anyone else who is also experiencing mental health difficulties due to autism.

    Hi Wendy, I am 38 and was only diagnosed with Aspergers last December. Though nothing current, I have a long history of Mental Health difficulties: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder from the age of 8; Trichotillomania (that's compulsive hair pulling which I now realise is me stimming) since the age of 8 and Major Depressive Disorder, several episodes from the age of 12.
