    There are plenty of lovely people here who are always glad to help, both parents and autistic oldies like me (who can often offer useful things from our memories of being little autistic boys and girls when we were younger.)

    If there's anything you're particularly concerned about, don't be afraid to ask; there's no such thing as a "stupid question" here!
