i have been on the site for longish but don’t often come to post.
How do I qualify for a befriended please. I don’t mean to become one.
i mean to so I can talk things through
Greetings, "Asparagus". Of "befriending", if diagnosed with any kind of Autism, then that is an automatic qualification, and you must re-contact your GP or whoever diagnosed you, and mention the word "Befriending" specifically, to gain information local to your own Area.
The trouble is, this type of thing (at myself, anyway) is always said to be "limited" or "over-booked", and so you may be waiting for months or more, or simply told that it is "unavailable". Just keep asking for it once you know who to contact.
