Criminal Justice System interest

I believe the answer to the question you ask is that the charges accuse you of whether you have done something or not, and due to a poor legal system in the UK the "other side" can be deemed irrelevant to this. My lawyer used a fight as an analogy and said that someone could be charged with assault and then say "yes I hit him because they came at me with a baseball bat", they could be convicted of assault and the other person may or may not also be convicted of assault (it is a bit different however as I know self-defence is a plausible argument to those types of charges whereas online behaviours are a fairly new offence which is not as clear cut or established).

I also found corruption in the UK CJS where law enforcement and courts in a quiet region such as where I live are quite happy as long as they have someone to convict, they are not too bothered about "true justice" and obviously, would want to avoid looking stupid by spending money on a case and then publically releasing that a lot of public funds went on a childish argument where both were as bad as each other. In my case they used very open to interpratation legislation to categorise my case as domestic which states only the primary aggressor may be charged even though there was no relationship at all and I had only met this person 3 times whilst she was married to another.

I believe that other countries may use a more common sense approach such as Judge Judy who would happily throw a case of childish trolling behavior out of court where both parties are demonstrating similar behaviours.

I feel that Angel's son must be in Constant Pain with the conditions described when he tries to do anything physical.

As for pleading Guilty to something which you believe you have not done. I and others have done that. Motorists do it all the time. -  In my case simply to end a complex matter which is destroying your health or wealth, should you take it all the way knowing the trial will destroy you win or lose., It is never certain. Cut your losses as your health is more important.

One of Angel's sons the subject of a request to the ombudsman - but has stated no knowledge of outcome, or if care has improved seems to me that perhaps his Care has been directed by the Local authority using the Powers of the Family Court. Ie. The Parent has no rights in the matter. and that the Local Authority has sole charge. My Local Authority tried it out on me in relation to the care of my severely autistic son needing 24x7 Care. As they had withdrawn funding in 2015 for the two carers I had been employing for just 35 hrs of the 168 hrs a week.

The other 133 hrs then being performed by us His "Unpaid Family Carers of Last Resort." . We are now forced as a Last resort to do 168 hrs a week.That is what You are if a Family Carer Not just a Carer, a carer is a paid employee for up to 35 hrs a week with paid 6 weeks Paid Holidays including Bank holidays and 2 days training with weekends or days off. i Always use it to describe myself it Gets up the noses of those Officials seeking to control you.

As it is over 2 years since Angel's Post above I trust her second son's problems have been dealt with. With regard to filling in ESA and PIP forms I have recently posted about the care and time needed to carefully consider every group of words on theses forms and copy the blank 40 page forms first because you will need to keep changing your responses as you may realise you have wrongly understood the trick form.

I trust That Angel Made a claim for her DWP and PIP unpaid claims to be back dated to the "Very day the Initial Claim was made" If not Make it. I believe they have changed the rules since I claimed then Unpaid DLA.

Out of interest could you possibly explain how the two sides of the story aren't shown (assuming the authorities saw all the online messages that were sent) because if all the messages were shown I'm confused about someone's side of the story being unseen.

I have an acquaintance who was visited by the police after childishly threatening his ex's boyfriend because apparently they threatened him first. Now that I've had voice messages of fart noises etc on Facebook from this person I think I'm getting a clearer picture and don't listen to them anymore, but that's a little off-topic. 

My story is very similar to this. My poor social awareness was taken advantage of as an easy target because I did not realise that I had upset someone via online messages and was convicted for it despite there being two sides to the story. My lawyer also advised me to plead guilty to things which I had not done to avoid facing witnesses in court who could potentially lie or cry.
