Hi I’m new to the site and we have just found out my son is on the ASD. We have known for a while this might happen so it didn’t come as a big shock. He is 6 nearly 7 and going up to year 3 in a new school, which is causing nothing but problems at home and at school, he is still in main stream schooling, the school is wonderful and has a very good special needs department that helps him a lot. We are in the Aldershot area and just wondered if anyone else was from around here that know of any good groups we could start going to?

    I'm going to go a long to the coffee morning in the game shop, so thanks for the info, hopefully I can pick up so more deatils there too!!!

    I'm feeling a bit lost too, I'm not sure where to start now he has been diagnosed, I was just trying to get that done before I did anything else.
